Beyond the wraps and sandwiches, the array of generous Teller options-like the rich Köfte Cheese Teller and the smoky, grilled Shish Taouk Teller-felt hearty enough for a full lunch or dinner, with each plate anchored by hummus, tabbouleh, and fluffy couscous that connected the dishes together naturally.
